We decide together on your strategy call — that's part of what the call is for. You don't need to know the answer before applying. We'll look at your goals, your lifestyle and your starting point together.
Yes — monthly payments are the default for both the 12-week and 24-week programs. A pay-in-full option is also available. We discuss the specifics on your strategy call.
Life happens — we understand that better than most. We handle pauses on a case-by-case basis and always put the client's wellbeing first. This is something we discuss openly on your strategy call.
No. Patrick designs your program around whatever you have access to —although it is recommended to have at least some basic equipment.
If you complete the program — attending calls, doing check-ins, following the guidance — and don't achieve the results we agreed on at the start, we coach you for free until you do. Simple as that. The full conditions are listed on the method page.
